Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-06-04
This policy explains what WebAudit 360 ("we") collects and how we use it. We aim to collect as little as possible.
What we collect
- Audited URLs. When you run an audit we fetch the URL you submit and store the resulting report so it can be retrieved and (optionally) re-checked.
- Email address — only if you explicitly opt in (for a report, a monitor alert, or the newsletter). We never pre-check consent boxes.
- Basic request data (e.g. IP address) for rate limiting and abuse prevention. We do not sell personal data.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies: a session cookie if you sign in, and a consent preference cookie that remembers your choice about non-essential cookies. We do not set advertising or analytics cookies unless you consent.
Advertising
We may display ads to keep the tool free. When advertising is enabled, ad scripts (such as Google AdSense) load only after you consent. Ad networks may use cookies to serve and measure ads; you can manage these through your consent choice and your browser settings.
Analytics
Any analytics are privacy-respecting and load only with consent. We use aggregate data to improve the product, not to track individuals across the web.
Your rights
You can ask us to delete your email and any associated data at any time via the contact page. If you signed up for emails, every message includes an unsubscribe link.
