Privacy, in plain language

WebAudit 360 is built to collect as little as possible. This page explains exactly what we keep, why we keep it, and the choices you control — without the legalese.

What we collect

In short: the URLs you audit, an email only if you hand it to us, and basic request data to stop abuse.

  • Audited URLs and reports. When you run an audit we fetch the page you submit and store the resulting report so it can be shared and re-checked later. Reports are public by design — that's what makes them shareable.
  • Your email address — only if you explicitly opt in, for example to receive a report or a monitoring alert. We never pre-tick consent boxes.
  • Basic request data such as your IP address, used for rate limiting and abuse prevention, not profiling.

Cookies

In short: a sign-in cookie, a cookie that remembers your consent choice — and nothing else without permission.

Essential cookies keep you signed in and remember whether you accepted or declined non-essential cookies. Advertising and analytics cookies are off by default and only load after you accept the consent prompt. You can change your mind anytime on the cookie settings page.

Advertising

In short: ads keep the tool free, and ad scripts wait for your consent.

We may show ads so audits can stay free for everyone. When advertising is enabled, ad scripts (such as Google AdSense) load only after you consent. Ad networks may use cookies to serve and measure ads; your consent choice and browser settings control them.

Analytics

In short: cookieless page counts always; anything cookie-based waits for consent.

We use privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics (aggregate page counts, no personal identifiers) to see which features matter. Any analytics that would set cookies load only with your consent. We look at trends, not individuals.

Your rights

In short: your data is yours — ask and we delete it.

You can ask us to delete your email and any associated data at any time via the contact page. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link that works on the first click.
